Schyler is a dynamic vocalist, songwriter, and keyboard player using music as a communication tool to connect with people.  She grew up singing and several years ago began writing songs and playing piano teaching herself by playing.   Schyler enjoys all styles of music and has been influenced by Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Keith Green, Jennifer Knapp, Gwen Stefani, Evanescence and Lady Gaga to name just a few.  

Schyler has the unique ability to cover a wide variety of styles and artists and especially enjoys Rhianna, Adele, Black-eyed Peas, Evanenscence, Gwen Stefani, Lady Gaga, Avril Lavigne, and Kelly Clarkson.   Fans of Schyler often comment on her exciting stage performance, "You have so much energy -- you make me want to get up and dance!"

Schyler has been a member of many bands she currently works with several bands.  She also does solo work in a variety of venues. 

Schyler has  written and recorded 5 projects of her original music recently completing her 5th project.  She is especially excited about this latest group of songs, "These songs express the places I have travelled through in the last few years and explore new territory stylistically." She believes it is the best yet of her original work.  Many of the songs are now uploaded for your listening pleasure on the music page. 

Schyler recently completed her first music video for one of her original songs (the link to her youtube account, Schylersounds, and the video are on the home page) so check it out and like it!  She is currently working on her second music video to one of her new songs, "You Run," so keep checking back.

Schyler is also a peronal trainer and group exercise instructor.  In addition to her love of music she enjoys weight lifting, cylcing, reading, writing and history.
